#4 - How to Provide Value in Your Emails

Fred's 30-Part Checklist for Your Email Marketing Profits Explosion

As an online entrepreneur, you’ll be thrilled when you start getting new subscribers on your list. Your lead magnet has converted and you now have people waiting for you to guide them on their journey.

When you treat your list right, the return on your investment and the long-term earnings you’ll enjoy will be significant, in many ways surpassing what you would get from paid ads or organic traffic because these individuals have willingly opted to follow you consistently.

Put these into effect in YOUR email marketing campaign and watch your profits GROW.

#4 – How to Provide Value in Your Emails

Many people are confused about how to push products, while also getting the subscriber to view your email as a welcomed piece of advice.

First, think about what it is you want to promote to them.

Then, make a list of the features of your product or service.

Next, make a list of the benefits your customer could receive by using your product or service.

Delete the first list (features)

Your customer does not care about features.

Talk and write to the WIIFM – What's In It For Me

Always.

For example, if you have discovered a course about email marketing that you want to send your list, you might brainstorm advice you can share about how it can improve their bottom line.

Better yet, relate the “bottom line” idea to what problem it will solve for your readers. If you promote to seniors and retirees, you might say something like “allow you to take more vacations in your retirement years”.

Think of your product or service in terms of the benefit to the user and tell that story to your reader.

One quote I remember from a training on this is to “Join the conversation in your prospects mind”

What does that mean?

The value you share might also be a personalized story.

For example, you might be very transparent about how you were failing with a certain goal in your own life before you began implementing this particular strategy.

For me, it allowed me and my wife to build up savings to send the kids to college.

For some, it might be “watching the pounds disappear” or “Getting back in that beach-body shape before summer arrives” as you take the new weight loss supplement.

Vulnerability and transparency with your list is important in helping them overcome their own objectives to see the value in a product or service that you are promoting to them that could possibly change their life.
