Day 12, and it’s time for some list TLC.
A growing list is great, but only if people open and engage with your emails. Cleaning out inactive subscribers keeps your deliverability strong and your numbers real.
Start by segmenting those who haven’t opened or clicked in 60–90 days. Send a gentle re-engagement email. If they don’t respond, it’s okay to say goodbye.
A smaller, engaged list will always outperform a large but cold one.
